Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Supervision of FM soft and hard services on daily basis and reporting observations to the service provider (SP).
2- Monitoring the progress of SP PPM activities to maintain asset lifecycle and reduce downtime.
3- Conducting frequent Service Audit on the quality of PPM and CM activities.
4- Analyzing drawings and defining the systems critical characteristics for emergency response plans.
5- Supporting the Facility Manager in providing data and reports for KPI scoring on monthly basis.
6- Supporting the Facility Manager in contract management aspects in terms of daily, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual operational obligations.
7- Supporting the Facility Manager in developing and improving FM SOPs.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1- FM Hard and Soft service understanding.
2- Familiar to HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
3- Familiar to Mechanical and plumbing systems operations and maintenance.
4- Customer Service knowledge.
Requirements
1- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
2- Experienced in Building management for 3-5 years.
3- Experienced in CAFM systems utilization.
