Job Description

To ensure that buildings, systems, and services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently covering maintenance, operations, and tenant support.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations

Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment

Handle basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

Report major faults to supervisors or engineers

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

Technical Support

Monitor systems like:

HVAC (air conditioning)

Electrical panels

Fire safety systems

Coordinate with contractors for specialized work

Assist engineers during major maintenance activities

Facility Upkeep

Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of:

Common areas

Parking spaces

Waste disposal areas

Supervise cleaning and housekeeping teams

Tenant & Customer Support

Respond to tenant complaints or service requests

Log and track maintenance issues

Ensure quick resolution of problems

Safety & Compliance

Follow health & safety regulations

Assist in fire drills and emergency procedures

Report hazards and unsafe conditions

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of:

Maintenance work

Equipment status

Daily activity logs

Update job cards or CAFM systems
