Job Title: MEP Supervisor

Location: Doha

Salary: QAR 3,750 (All Inclusive)

Job Type: Contract – 2 Months (Extendable based on project requirement)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor (Electrical) with a strong background in Facility Management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing electrical maintenance activities across various systems within commercial and residential facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM & CM) for all electrical systems
• Handle maintenance of:
• MV Panels
• ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) systems
• Generators
• UPS systems
• MCC (Motor Control Centers)
• SMDB, DBs, and control panels
• Monitor and maintain BMS and HVAC-related electrical components
• Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems and troubleshoot faults
• Lead and coordinate with technicians and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Prepare and maintain all types of maintenance reports, logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients and FM teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Facility Management companies (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance (not only installation or projects)
• Proven experience handling MV/LV systems, generators, UPS, ATS, MCC, and panels
• Experience in preparing maintenance reports and documentation
• Knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems is an advantage
• GCC experience preferred
