Good day, we are looking for an experienced FM Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring staff are properly trained in FM operations, safety, soft services, hard services, and company procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on FM knowledge, and the ability to train diverse teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for soft services, hard services, and FM staff.
- Conduct orientation, skills training, refresher courses, and on-site coaching.
- Assess staff performance and identify gaps requiring further training.
- Ensure all trainings comply with FM standards, safety procedures, and SOPs.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, checklists, and competency tests.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs.
- Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers to schedule and implement training plans.
- Support new site mobilization through task training and competency checks.
- Prepare periodic training reports for management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in FM training, soft services, hard services, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of FM standards, safety procedures, SOPs, and quality compliance.
- Experience designing and delivering training modules for cleaners, technicians, supervisors, and FM staff.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess staff performance and identify training needs.
- Proficient in MS Office, training documentation, and reporting.
- Certifications in Training, HSE, or Facility Management (preferred).
- Valid Qatar driving License.
