Facility Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager, located in Noida. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that the buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing facility budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading facility-related projects. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing security and janitorial services, and ensuring efficient space utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of building and facilities maintenance
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in facilities management in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus
