Facility Manager

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our completed high-rise properties.

Role Summary:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of residential or commercial high-rise buildings post-handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, preferably from the hotel/hospitality sector, bringing a high level of service orientation, operational efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

• Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, parking, pest control, and front desk services.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless and efficient facility functioning.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems, elevators, HVAC, fire safety systems, plumbing, and common area equipment.

Vendor & Staff Supervision:

• Appoint, supervise, and evaluate vendors and service contractors for facility-related services.
• Lead and manage in-house staff including technicians, housekeeping, and admin support.
• Ensure all teams are trained, professional, and service-oriented.

Resident/Occupant Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents/tenants for all facility-related issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining hospitality-grade service standards.
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and feedback efficiently and professionally.

Budgeting & Reporting:

• Prepare and manage facility operating budgets, service contracts, and monthly reports.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
• Track inventory, maintenance logs, AMC records, and statutory compliance documentation.

Safety, Compliance & Sustainability:

• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations including fire NOC, lifts licenses, pollution control, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections, fire drills, and audits for health, safety, and cleanliness.
• Promote and implement energy-saving initiatives and green building practices.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 3-5 years in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Preferred Industry: Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, MEP, elevators, security systems, fire safety, and BMS.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CAFM/CMMS tools, and facility management software.
