Job Opening: Floor Coordinator – Reputed Hospital, Ghaziabad

We are looking for a Floor Coordinator to manage patient services on the hospital floor, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Supervise daily patient care activities on the floor
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve queries
• Assist in audits, NABH compliance & process improvements
• Graduate (MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred)
• 2–5 years of hospital floor management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
