Operation Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Management Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be mature, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks with discretion and professionalism.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to prepare high-quality presentations, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Create high-quality and professional PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft and manage business correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal teams or external clients
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-ups on action items and deliverables
  • Assist in organizing internal reviews, business meetings, and other strategic planning activities
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans
  • Maintain files, records, and ensure all documents are up to date and accessible
  • Support in basic data analysis and preparation of performance dashboards or summaries as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
