Pharmacy Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Pharmacy Assistant Manager - Pharma Operation & Sales role will be responsible for supporting the business operations of drug and pharmaceuticals products along with export/import related activities of Pharmaceutical products – Like Bulk Drugs, Drug Intermediates, Generic Medicine & Healthcare Products etc.

Candidate should have 4-7 years of hands on experience in Pharmacy Management, Inventory, Purchase & Procurement and development of Pharmaceutical Products from third party manufacturer, Administration, dealing in distribution, importing and exporting of all kinds of Related Products

Responsibilities and Duties

• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to speak professionally with manufacturers, peers, doctors and customer for appropriate understanding of the requirements
• Should have experience in Pharmacy Operation and Management of pharmaceutical products sales across different geography
• Should possess an excellent memory and is able to easily manage and handle hundreds of drugs, recall their composition, usage & side effects
• Should have counselling skills and able to guide customer on prescribed drugs and managed customer requirements from export & import perspective
• Study market research and trends to determine demand, potential sales volumes
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policy
• Identify and procure merchandise for resale, ensure that pharmaceutical products supply is available as per demand cycle across PAN India basis.
• Candidate should have Interpersonal & Analytical, Scientific aptitude, Critical & Logical, Reading Comprehension and Drugs & Pharmaceutical Research skills
• Should have excellent understanding of pharmacy operations including - Drug utilization review, Quality Assurance checks, Inventory control, Vendor negotiation and pricing quote, Pharmacy Marketing and Promotions, Maintain Record & Prescription
• Candidate should have computer skills and can use system to take new orders, track order, find drug information, and manage inventory, among other tasks
• Responsible for sourcing, procurement and supporting shipping team with the relevant documentations
• Ensure quality check & control, insurance process of drugs & pharmaceutical goods
• Understanding on Custom Clearance, Export & Import Regulations
• And any other duties assigned during course of time

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Should have completed B. Pharm & M. Pharm
• Science graduate & candidate have good background & understanding of Chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry
• Must have prior experience in managing pharmacy operations and have through understanding of regulatory requirements across geography from export perspective

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
