A Facility manager required for a famous Industrialist Bungalow at Chennai

Experience: 8 years till 115 years ONLY.

The Job:

1) Allocating task and supervising the team of multi-disciplinary staff including housekeeping, Kitchen staff, maintenance and security.

2) Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments

3) Manage the upkeep of electrical & electronic equipment, and supplies to meet health and safety standards

4) Periodical Inspection of buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

5) Procurement of goods as and when required

6) Organising events / functions as and when required

7) Appointing / renewal of the annual maintenance contracts of the vendors.

8) Verify bills and certifying the work completion and submitting to the finance for payments.

9) Ensuring health and safety protocols as per the standards

10) Dealing with emergencies as they arise

The person:

1) A degree in facilities management or a similar subject area

2) 10 years of experience as a facility manager in a 5 star hotels

3) Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5) The ability to work with people from all backgrounds

6) Good decision making skills,

7) Team player and possesses ability to lead and manage teams

8) Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
