Facility Manager

Position Overview: The Facility Manager will be responsible for the effective management, operation, and maintenance of all physical infrastructure, support services, and facility operations within the hospital. The role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, clean, and functional environment for patients, healthcare professionals, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in facility management within a reputed hospital and demonstrate a sound understanding of healthcare regulations, operational standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Management or related discipline (e.g., Facility Management).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management within a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital infrastructure, biomedical equipment management, and healthcare facility regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in facility management systems and maintenance scheduling software.

Working Conditions:

• On-call availability for emergencies and critical facility issues.
• Regular inspections across hospital premises.
• Interaction with clinical, administrative, and technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
