Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Sunrise Oncology Centre, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary
The Facility Manager will oversee the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of the oncology centre. The position ensures that all facility operations support a hygienic, patient-focused, and regulatory-compliant healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, engineering, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards, waste management protocols, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain infrastructure, medical equipment upkeep coordination, and periodic preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor vendor performance, AMC agreements, and procurement of facility-related supplies.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance patient experience and staff safety.
  • Handle emergency response planning, fire safety checks, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Prepare operational reports and support budget planning for facility requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of facility management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of NABH or other healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
