Facility Management

  • Overseeing daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensuring the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Managing security systems, access control, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Coordinating with and managing vendors for services like cleaning, security, and landscaping.
  • Managing building systems such as electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.

Administration Management

  • Supervising administrative staff and general office support functions.
  • Managing budgets for office expenses, facility operations, and renovations.
  • Handling office supplies, equipment, and other administrative services.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Planning and coordinating office space, including layouts and relocations.

Cross-functional responsibilities

  • Managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing service-related expenses.
  • Reporting on facility and administrative operations to senior management.
  • MIS Reporting.
  • Handling employee concerns related to the facility or administrative issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
