Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and maintain the company's facilities comprehensively. This role encompasses the oversight of building operations, maintenance, safety, and space planning to support the organization's business objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained, comply with regulations, and provide a conducive environment for employees and visitors.

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.

- Supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure they are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Facility Operations:

- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the facility, including managing utilities and other essential services.

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

- Ensure the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and provide a safe working environment.

Space Management:

- Optimize the use of office space and facilities to meet the changing needs of the organization.

- Plan and manage office moves, renovations, and layout changes to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Assign and manage workspace allocations to ensure efficient use of space.

Vendor and Contract Management:

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against service level agreements.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.

Conduct regular safety training sessions for staff and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Operational Efficiency:

- Percentage of time the facility is operational without any interruptions.

- Percentage of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks completed on time.

- Average time taken to respond to and resolve maintenance requests or issues.

Cost Management:

- Comparison of actual spending against the allocated budget for facility management.

- Amount saved through cost-effective measures, negotiations, and optimized resource use.

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Percentage of maintenance work orders completed within a specified time frame.

- Reduction in the downtime of critical systems and equipment due to proactive maintenance.

- Number of repeated issues or failures after repairs, indicating the quality and effectiveness of maintenance work.

Safety and Compliance:

- Number of safety incidents or accidents reported within the facility.

- Adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

- Results from safety and compliance inspections or audits.

Space and Resource Utilization:

- Efficiency in the use of available space, measured by occupancy rates and optimization of office layouts.

- Effective use of maintenance supplies, equipment, and other resources.

Sustainability and Environmental Impact:

- Measurement and reduction of energy usage within the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
