Position Description
This role requires to oversee all workplace related function in the circle. The Lead- EFSM will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective workplace management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workplace/facilities/administration management, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:
-
Implement workplace procedures and compliance to the central policies/SOPs.

Oversee facilities management and maintenance for all leased & owned Bharti Airtel Ltd. properties in circle.

Monitor office projects locally and support the central REFM team on timely completion.

AMCs & maintenance for all Airtel stores.
-
Adherence to safe practices at work especially with high risk tasks with controls and risk assessment post issuance of work permit.

Parking management and Electronic security equipment maintenance & operations.
-
Coordination with builders/owners for lease renewals/permissions/services under CAM.

Overseeing mail room management.
-
Coordination with Central SCM team for getting POs/Contracts for work.

Employee Services:
-
Overseeing F&B services in cafeteria.
-
Organizing offsite for business and Annual events.
-
Support to employees on Insurance queries/claims.
-
Organizing medical camps & other health related initiatives.
-
Driving CSR volunteer-ship in circle.

Travel support through tie ups with hotels/managing guest house/cab partners

Staff Supervision:

Lead and manage the IFM & Facilities executive team.

Conduct regular Monthly Management review with IFM partners and provide feedback for continuous improvement and excellent experience for employees.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Budget Management:
-
Develop and manage the Annual Operating budget for facilities and employee services for circle.
-
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Communication and Coordination:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on workplace matters.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on circle metrics and KPIs.

Compliance and Risk Management:
-
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
-
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
-
Maintain records and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.

Coordination with circle legal and regulatory team for agreements, notices and renewals.
-
Reporting to center for monthly property compliances with accuracy.

Knowledge, Certifications and Experience
Education Qualification

Graduation in Hotel Management/Engineering/MBA/Relevant specialisation

Nebosh/IOSH/RICS/PMP-preferred
