Job Summary

QuickStart Co-Working is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee pre-handover facility inspections, coordinate with interior execution teams, and ensure smooth, compliant handover of co-working spaces to clients. The role requires strong coordination, compliance management, and accountability for all facility readiness checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical verification and inspection of all facility checklist items prior to client handover.
  • Ensure workstations, flooring, furniture, electrical fittings, lighting, AC, Wi-Fi, and access systems are completed and functional.
  • Coordinate closely with interior execution teams and act as the single point of contact for pre-handover activities.
  • Track checklist status as Completed / Pending, with clear timelines for resolution.
  • Escalate delays or issues proactively to management and operations teams.
  • Ensure all pending items are resolved before final handover.
  • Review, sign, and maintain completed facility handover checklists.
  • Ensure handover compliance before client move-in and sign-off.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to confirm all clearances prior to handover.
  • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and internet service vendors
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Conduct daily opening and closing inspections of the facility
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports
  • Track inventory, office supplies, consumables, and asset records
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • F&B Management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in facility management, site operations, or interior/project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, utilities, and commercial space readiness.
  • Ability to manage vendors and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and escalation-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
