The Site Lead will oversee comprehensive facility management operations for assigned client sites, ensuring optimal building performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service delivery. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage on-site teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness that align with JLL's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, and general building maintenance. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset performance and minimize downtime. Oversee vendor management and contractor relationships to ensure quality service delivery within budget parameters.
Team Management
Supervise and develop on-site facility management staff, including technicians, soft services team, and support teams. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and training opportunities, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and operational excellence.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary point of contact for client facility needs, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. Prepare and present regular operational reports, manage client requests, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation for inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Lead emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
Financial Management
Manage site operating budgets, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Prepare financial reports, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing processes. Collaborate with finance teams to support budget planning and forecasting activities.
Leadership and Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
