Facility Manager (Bungalow / Resident Manager)Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Direct daily operations, including security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and staff (drivers, cooks, etc.).
  • Maintenance: Oversee all routine maintenance, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical assets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate, onboard, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and schedule on-site staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Budgeting & Finance: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and handle procurement.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute events within the property.
  • Logistics: Arrange domestic/international travel and accommodation for residents/guests.
  • Communication: Act as the central point of contact for all property-related matters.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facility management, private household management, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of building systems.
  • Excellent organizational and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
