Facility Manager (Bungalow / Resident Manager)Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Direct daily operations, including security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and staff (drivers, cooks, etc.).
- Maintenance: Oversee all routine maintenance, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical assets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate, onboard, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and schedule on-site staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Budgeting & Finance: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and handle procurement.
- Event Management: Coordinate and execute events within the property.
- Logistics: Arrange domestic/international travel and accommodation for residents/guests.
- Communication: Act as the central point of contact for all property-related matters.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management, private household management, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical knowledge of building systems.
- Excellent organizational and financial management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
