The Facility Manager with basic accounting skills will oversee the smooth functioning of the organization’s physical facilities while assisting in basic financial and accounting tasks. This role combines operational management with simple bookkeeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of office/building premises.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance services, and vendor contracts.
  • Monitor and manage utility usage and facilities-related expenses.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise support staff (cleaning, security, maintenance) as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in facility management, office administration, or accounting.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
