Roles and Responsibilities of Facility Manager
Supervise the activities of janitorial and groundskeeping staff to ensure delivery of proper cleaning and upkeep services
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building facilities such as electrical and plumbing installations
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping services
Responsible for Licenses, AMCs, Insurance Policies and other Govt. approvals etc.
Responsible to Maintain public relations, direct contact with clients & Govt. bodies is essential.
Responsible to secures our property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
Ensure the breakdown free working of DG/ CCTV/ Fire Alarm system etc.
Handle all aspects of our partnership with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, including finding new tenants, managing tenancy renewals and terminations.
Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should possess bachelor’s degree in civil with minimum 15 years in commercial building experience in manufacturing industry / real estate with at least 5 years supervising the team.
Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
Experience in negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations
