Facility Manager

The Facility Manager oversees the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of the building and grounds. This role balances hands-on custodial operations with vendor coordination and facility compliance.

Compliance & Systems Management

  • Perform daily janitorial duties, as required.
  • Sanitize and restock shelves, facilities, and supply inventories.
  • Process facility linens and tablecloths as required for events.
  • Ensure pristine presentation of all indoor and outdoor communal areas at all times.
  • Liaise with landscaping contractors to plan and execute seasonal property cleanups.
  • Manage outdoor assets, including the setup, teardown, and maintenance of tents and patio furniture.
  • Assist with physical setup and breakdown of programs/events.
  • Execute miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Director.

Custodial & Building Operations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend and accurately execute complex verbal and written directions.
  • Ability to safely lift, maneuver, and transport heavy items.
  • Skill in troubleshooting minor repairs and servicing equipment.
  • Previous experience in custodial work or facility management is highly preferred.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

  • 26 hours a week, night or weekend as needed.
  • Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 per hr., commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible part-time hours; some weekend hours required based on events.
