Role Overveiw: The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of FNPs offices, warehouses, and production facilities. The role ensures all physical infrastructure, utilities, and services are well maintained, while optimizing costs, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing a safe and productive workplace for employees



Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations across office, retail, and warehouse premises.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and upkeep of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, and other essential systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (health, safety, fire, environmental, and building codes).
  • Oversee vendor management, including service providers for housekeeping, security, pest control, and maintenance contracts.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
  • Manage space utilization, workstation allocations, seating arrangements, and office expansions/renovations.
  • Monitor facility budgets, control operating costs, and track expenditures. Implement health, safety, and sustainability initiatives to create a safe and eco-friendly workplace.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and ensure business continuity plans are in place. Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
  • Lead periodic inspections and audits of premises and equipment.
  • Liaise with senior management to align facility operations with organizational goals.



Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices.
  • Technical expertise in building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, security).
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Good budgeting and cost optimization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
  • Familiarity with health& safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (if any).
