Summary:
Responsible for managing all facility operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure, maintenance, safety, and guest comfort across the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, rooms, landscaping, utilities, and common areas.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Manage vendors, AMC contracts, and facility-related purchases.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency repairs.
- Coordinate with front office, F&B, and operations for property requirements.
- Maintain facility logs, budgeting, and daily reports.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of facility operations & maintenance systems
- Leadership & team supervision skills
- Understanding of safety norms, housekeeping & engineering work
- Vendor management & problem-solving ability
- Experience in hotel/resort facility management preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
