Facility Manager - Technical

Technical responsibilities for a facility manager include overseeing the operation and maintenance of building systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing technical staff and external contractors. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing facility budgets, and coordinating installations and refurbishments.
