Job Purpose

The role is responsible to operate and monitor facility systems daily and ensure continuous availability of services such as electricity, HVAC, water, and sewage. The role focuses on early detection of issues, reporting faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors to avoid service interruptions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor facility systems (Electrical, HVAC, Water, Sewage).
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings and service areas.
  • Record daily readings (electricity, water, system status).
  • Identify and report any abnormal conditions or faults.
  • Receive maintenance requests and forward them to the maintenance team or contractor.
  • Follow up on maintenance activities until completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors during maintenance work on site.
  • Ensure systems are functioning properly after maintenance.
  • Support emergency situations (power outage, leakage, system failure).
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas (Housekeeping).
  • Follow safety procedures and EHSS requirements.


Job Requirements

  • High School or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility services or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of facility systems (Operation, Maintenance, General services).
  • Good observation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare simple reports and maintain records.
  • Awareness of safety procedures and EHSS requirements.
  • Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
