We’re looking for a full-time Facility Services Technician to join our team, with a strong focus on HVAC duct cleaning alongside our renowned floor care services. Our technicians play a key role in maintaining commercial facilities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This is more than just a technician job – it’s an opportunity to build lasting client relationships and be part of a company that values excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• HVAC Duct Cleaning – Ensure indoor air quality by cleaning commercial HVAC systems.
• Carpet Cleaning – Perform encapsulation and hot water extraction cleaning.
• Hard Surface Floor Care – Clean and maintain various flooring types.
• Upholstery Cleaning – Maintain high-end commercial furnishings.
• Basic Equipment Maintenance – Care for carpet portables, truck-mounted machines, and attachments.
• Vehicle & Chemical Inventory Management – Keep equipment and supplies organized and in top shape.
• Customer Service & Relationship Building – Communicate effectively with clients and provide expert-level service.
• Opportunity for Growth – Identify and offer additional services to customers when appropriate.
• Attend Team Meetings – Engage in monthly company meetings and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in HVAC duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, or hard surface floor care (preferred, but not required – we provide training!).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
