Facility Supervisor (Healthcare Experience)- MALE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, infection control, and team coordination in compliance with healthcare regulations in Qatar.

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the medical centre (clinical and non-clinical).

Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness guidelines.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness in patient areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Manage housekeeping staff schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments.

Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.

Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping-related requirements promptly.

Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as needed.

Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations and internal policies.

Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take immediate corrective action.

Ensure proper waste management, including medical and general waste segregation as per guidelines.

Requirements:-

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor

Hospital or healthcare facility experience is mandatory

Good knowledge of infection control standards

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to handle 80–100 housekeeping staff

Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)

Currently in Qatar

Qualification :-

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

Certification in Housekeeping / Facility Management (preferred)
