Facory Manager-Construction Chemicals.

• Supervisa daily to monthly production activities, ensuring timely execution as per sales demands.
• Maintain product quality, address complaints, & ensure adherence to QA & legal standards.
• Manage raw materials, stocks levels & reduce wastage through proper planning & FIFO.
• Oversee machinery Maintanace & enforce safety protocols with regular audits.
• Lead factory staff, ensure HR compliance & coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, industrial Management or related field, MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Min 7 to 10 years in a manufacturing role, Preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
