About Us

Roof Secure Insulation Contracting is a specialized contracting company providing high-quality insulation and waterproofing solutions across the UAE. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong experience in waterproofing and construction to lead our projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all project activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to meet project requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Solve technical issues on-site related to waterproofing and insulation works.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in project management, specifically in waterproofing and construction.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, insulation materials, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
