Procurement Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting company.
• Proven expertise in villa projects and high-rise building construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, material sourcing, vendor management, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with project and site teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for construction materials and services.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement-related data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
