PROJECT MANAGER

At Mimar Models, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead architectural model production projects from concept to delivery. This role involves end-to-end project management, team coordination, and strong client interaction to ensure successful outcomes and lasting relationships.

This position requires an individual who is both a skilled architect and a seasoned project manager, able to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure the highest standards of model quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage resources effectively. We are looking for a dynamic/creative Project Manager who can execute the design as an Architectural Scale Model and to be based in Sharjah, UAE. Candidate must be an Architect and based only in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects: define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Allocate resources and coordinate with production and design teams
• Manage project budgets and control material costs
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely delivery through effective scheduling
• Maintain high-quality standards in all produced models
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and collaboration
• Lead, guide, and motivate the production team
• Document project progress and generate reports
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience (architecture/design/fabrication preferred)
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance

Hands of experience in Project Management using the software in the field:

(i) AutoCAD

(ii) SketchUp

(iii) 3D Max, Rhino & Revit, Lumion will be an additional advantage.

• Well versed and sound knowledge in the Fabrication of Models, molding and casting, and the ability to supervise talented craftsmen.
• Ability to coordinate and team up with major departments of : Research and Development, Landscaping and Accessories, and Logistics: Moving and Delivery.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
