Procurement Officer

We are urgently looking for Procurement Officer for our Factory & Showrooms. Job location is Fujairah. We do Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Marble, Aluminium, Glass, Curtain, Ceramic, Porcelain, Sanitary and other Building Materials. Major Responsibilities of the incumbent will be as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Establish standard Procurement system and execute that accordingly.
• Sourcing and management of Vendors.
• Procurement of Materials of expected quality at the best price thru proper negotiation and contract.
• Managing proper inventory and do coordinate with related personnel/department to ensure on-time delivery of materials at desired location
• Have Market Awareness about all related products, trends, etc.
• Have to update all information in the ERP and have to Prepare Reports as per the requirement.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all relevant matters.
• Have to ensure compliant procurement as per company policies, laws and regulations of the state etc.

Requirements/Eligibilities:

• Practical Experience of working in UAE in similar position & field is a must.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Should have a Bachelor's Degree at least.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
