Job Title: Furniture Factory Admin Manager

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Furniture Factory Admin Manager to join our team. As the Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our furniture manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing administrative tasks, managing office operations, and providing support to various departments within the company. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Supervise and lead the administrative team, including receptionists, clerks, and office assistants.
Oversee daily administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing, and record-keeping, attendance, and stock checks.
Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Office Operations:
Coordinate office activities and ensure the availability of necessary supplies, equipment, and resources.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers with approval from senior management.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and review various reports, documents, and presentations for management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, production data, and financial documents.
Collaborate with Factory production manager and store InCharge to forecast production and non production procurement schedules, and generate material and stock requisitions.
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies and conducting initial screenings.
Support HR functions, such as employee record management, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for management, production managers, labor and store InCharge, responding to inquiries and providing assistance.
Facilitate effective communication between departments, ensuring information flow and resolving any conflicts or issues.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and guests.
