Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance & Audit Management
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, permits, and documents.
- Handle internal & external audits (Labour, Fire, Safety, Pollution, Factory inspections).
- Coordinate with govt. departments and complete all statutory filings & renewals.
2. HR Management
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle grievances, employee discipline, and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Support recruitment for factory manpower and staff.
- Conduct training on safety, compliance, and company policies.
3. Factory Administration
- Oversee day-to-day admin operations: security, housekeeping, canteen, transport.
- Manage shift schedules, overtime, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with production & management for smooth factory operations.
- Maintain vendor & contractor compliance documents.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
- 3–8 years experience in factory compliance + HR + admin (manufacturing mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory documentation, and audit handling.
- Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
