Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance & Audit Management

  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages.
  • Maintain statutory registers, licenses, permits, and documents.
  • Handle internal & external audits (Labour, Fire, Safety, Pollution, Factory inspections).
  • Coordinate with govt. departments and complete all statutory filings & renewals.

2. HR Management

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle grievances, employee discipline, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Support recruitment for factory manpower and staff.
  • Conduct training on safety, compliance, and company policies.

3. Factory Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day admin operations: security, housekeeping, canteen, transport.
  • Manage shift schedules, overtime, and manpower planning.
  • Coordinate with production & management for smooth factory operations.
  • Maintain vendor & contractor compliance documents.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
  • 3–8 years experience in factory compliance + HR + admin (manufacturing mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory documentation, and audit handling.
  • Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per industry standardsImmediate Joining Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,933.57 - ₹60,389.50 per month
