Job Overview

Acheron Instruments is seeking a reliable and responsible Factory Caretaker to oversee the security, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the factory premises. The ideal candidate should also be able to prepare meals when required and ensure the facility remains safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard the factory premises during assigned hours.
• Control entry and exit of visitors and staff when required.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of factory facilities.
• Prepare meals and refreshments for management, guests, or staff when needed.
• Report any maintenance, security, or operational issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing of the factory premises.
• Maintain basic records related to visitors and facility maintenance.
• Support management with general caretaking duties.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caretaker, security guard, or facility assistant is preferred.
• Ability to cook basic meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to reside on-site if required.
• Good physical health and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks.
