Key Accountabilities:


Core:

  • Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets based on source documents or instructions.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data is readily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data privacy protocols are followed.
  • Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other data-related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data or resolve issues.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks in accordance with deadlines.
  • Use software tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems) to manage and organize data effectively.



Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry, administration, or a related field is a plus.



Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or other data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency and quality.



Skills:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.




Language:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
