Key Accountabilities:
Core:

Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets based on source documents or instructions.

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data is readily accessible and up-to-date.

Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data privacy protocols are followed.

Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other data-related tasks as needed.

Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data or resolve issues.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks in accordance with deadlines.

Use software tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems) to manage and organize data effectively.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry, administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:

1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or other data management software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency and quality.
