FACTORY FLOOR ASSISTANT

• Assist goldsmiths, polishers, setters, and production staff with daily manufacturing activities
• Prepare workstations, tools, and materials before the start of each shift
• Support movement of materials and semi-finished/finished goods between departments
• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation
• Ensure smooth workflow by providing timely support to the production team
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the factory floor and work areas
• Store materials properly as per security procedures
• Assist during stock verification and inventory checks
• Assist in loading/unloading supplies and materials
• Help supervisors during audits, inspections, and production planning activities
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor/Manager
