Factory Foreman

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage production, ensure quality, and lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily steel/metal fabrication and ensure production meets project specifications.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
• Lead, train, and motivate fabrication staff and machine operators.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with project teams and report production progress.
• Maintain factory equipment and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in steel/metal fabrication, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read shop drawings.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High school diploma or technical training in fabrication/engineering.
