Factory Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Factory Foreman to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium fabrication and installation, with proven supervisory skills to lead and coordinate factory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily aluminium fabrication activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Manage a team of fabricators, assemblers, and helpers to maintain quality and productivity.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and coordinate with the design and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor material usage, maintain inventory control, and support procurement as needed.
• Plan and schedule workloads, allocate manpower, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and provide training or guidance to workers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication or façade industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding systems.
• Ability to manage production timelines and coordinate with site teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
