Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Foreman to oversee daily factory operations, supervise workers, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
