Factory Helper

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing raw materials, assembling products, and operating and monitoring machinery on the production line.
• Package and label products for storage or shipment, ensuring they meet company quality and specification standards.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment within the factory or warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts. Assist with inventory counts and report any material deficiencies.
• Inspect finished products or components for defects, removing any that are faulty and reporting issues to a supervisor.
• Keep workstations and the production floor clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and removing waste. Clean and perform minor maintenance on production equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
• Work effectively with other team members and communicate any issues, delays, or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
