Factory Helper

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist in daily operations of our paper cup printing press. The ideal candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness of the workspace, and help ensure smooth production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in loading paper rolls and materials.
• Help in packing, counting, and sorting finished paper cups.
• Support in basic machine setup and preparation (under supervision).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Check and separate defective cups before packing.
• Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a printing press or paper cup factory is a plus but not required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Fast learner and willing to follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
