Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Helper to play a key role in supporting the seamless operation of our fast paced team. This position is central to maintaining an organized, efficient, and well functioning workplace across all departments. The Helper will provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support, enabling team members to focus on their primary responsibilities. Duties include managing office supplies, coordinating deliveries, preparing for meetings and events, and ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly reliable, and committed to fostering a collaborative and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office maintenance, including cleaning, organizing workspaces, and restocking supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and promptness
  • Assist in preparing for events and meetings, including setting up equipment, arranging seating, and providing refreshments
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of documents, equipment, and materials between departments or locations
  • Monitor office supply inventory and initiate reordering requests as needed
  • Provide on demand administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and assembling required materials
  • Respond quickly to internal requests and complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies in daily operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous
  • 1+ years of experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet use
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and diverse operational demands
