Factory Helpers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools
• Hold and secure materials or tools during carpentry work
• Clean and prepare job sites before and after work
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as directed
• Assist in installing structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and frameworks

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in construction or carpentry (advantageous but not required)
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills
