Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (workers, staff, and executives).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and concerns.
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure effective communication between management and workers.
  • Conduct counseling sessions and ensure disciplinary procedures are handled fairly.

4. Performance Management (PMS)

  • Support implementation of performance management systems at the plant level.
  • Facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Work with department heads to identify training and development needs.

5. Time & Attendance Management

  • Monitor and manage time and attendance systems for all employees.
  • Validate attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory working hours and shift patterns.

6. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory returns, and audits.
  • Maintain MIS reports on HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and manpower status.

7. Engagement & Culture Building

  • Organize employee engagement activities, communication forums, and welfare programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement at the plant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
