Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Factory Internal Auditor to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory-side auditing within manufacturing environments and the ability to evaluate operational efficiency, compliance systems, inventory controls, and production processes.

Preference will be given to candidates from Sialkot, Daska, and Pasroor .

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing companies, especially in the leather manufacturing industry, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of factory operations, production processes, and inventory systems.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and legal requirements.
• Review quality standards, workplace safety practices, and internal controls.
• Identify risks, process gaps, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions after audits.
• Verify documentation related to procurement, inventory, labor, production, and quality assurance.
• Conduct surprise inspections and periodic compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with factory management and department heads during audit activities.
• Support management in improving operational transparency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or professional qualification in ACCA, CA, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in factory/internal auditing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory controls, and compliance procedures.
• Experience working with a manufacturing company is required.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the leather manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and audit reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates residing in Sialkot, Daska, or Pasroor.
• Experience with ISO standards and compliance systems will be an advantage.
• Professional audit certifications will be considered a plus.
