Job Purpose:

Responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving problem areas with the manufacturing machinery Also responsible for assisting and supporting the maintenance department in ensuring that plant machinery is operating at peak efficiency

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take charge in the maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Analyze the equipment maintenance structure, look into equipment and machinery failures,
• Assess the needs for spare parts and equipment replacements,
• Report on all safety hazards, and evaluate alternatives
• Make scheduled checks on machinery and parts
• Find and fix faults and recalibrating instruments
• Oil and clean machinery and parts
• Overhaul and replace parts according to schedule
• Respond immediately to machinery breakdowns
• Conduct periodic maintenance checks
• Investigate equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out

• A thorough understanding of manufacturing systems, machinery and processes
• Good technical background
• Good English language

• Experience with electrical systems,
• Understand tooling types and requirements
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of various software programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and AutoCad

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering preferable production
• 0-3 Years of Experience
