To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Factory Maintenance In-Charge who can lead by example with strong technical expertise and hands-on maintenance abilities.

Position Overview:
The Factory Maintenance In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, upkeep, and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and solar power systems, while actively participating in troubleshooting and repair work. This role is for someone who is not only capable of planning and managing but also ready to get directly involved in maintenance tasks whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee general electrical maintenance, including solar systems and power distribution.
• Develop and implement power distribution planning for efficient energy usage.
• Provide hands-on repair and maintenance of welding plants, CNC machines, lifts, cargo lifts, and other mechanical systems.
• Lead by example—guide and support the maintenance team through practical involvement, not just supervision.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and maintenance logs for all machinery.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance in all maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance.
• Proven hands-on expertise in electrical systems, solar power, CNC machines, welding plants, and heavy mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lead teams through both technical knowledge and personal involvement in repair work.
