Electrical Supervisor (Lifts & Escalators)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor – Lifts & Escalators to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in elevator and escalator operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
• Troubleshoot Step/Sigma/Hyundai/Otis panels and resolve technical faults.
• Monitor and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose control system issues (VFD, controllers, panels) and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs during maintenance work.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repair, inspection, and overhauling activities.
• Maintain records of service reports, breakdown history, and spare parts usage.
• Train and guide technicians/operators for safe and efficient working practices.
• Monitor performance of lifts/escalators to ensure smooth operation with minimum downtime.
• Report daily progress and technical issues to management.
• Work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night) and attend emergency calls when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in elevator & escalator operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Step/Sigma/Hyundai/Otis panels.
• Mechanical and electrical expertise in lift/escalator systems.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
