Job Title: Officer – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
Location: Project Site Tharparkar Sindh
Reports to: Project Manager

Job Purpose:
The Officer E&I will manage and execute electrical and instrumentation project activities, including HV/LV switchgears, diesel generators, PLCs, SCADA, fire detection, conveyors, silo instruments, grounding, CCTV, and lighting systems. The role ensures safe, timely, and quality delivery of E&I works in coordination with internal teams and contractors, while maintaining compliance with safety and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field execution of E&I installations as per drawings and specifications.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration of instruments, control systems, and electrical equipment.
• Verify QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance with IEC/NEC and project standards.
• Ensure safety compliance (PPE, permits, confined space, hot work, etc.).
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and commissioning documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, civil, HSE, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Support commissioning and emergency breakdown response.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical expertise in HV/LV systems, PLCs, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
• Proficient in electrical testing, calibration, and QA/QC verification.
• Skilled in reading electrical diagrams, datasheets, and applying safety standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of conveyor instrumentation and hazardous zone installations.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum DAE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics (BE preferred).
• 5–10 years’ experience in E&I project execution (industrial sector preferred).
• Familiarity with IEC, NEC, and global E&I standards.
• Certifications in safety, PLC/SCADA, or instrumentation will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
